Questions about Homebell, your kids’ practice or your subscription? Here’s how to get help.
Contact us
Email hello@gethomebell.com from the address on your account. A real person replies, usually the same day (Eastern time, Monday to Friday).
Most answers are already in Help and FAQ: setting up kids, practice times, coins, worksheets and more.
Which way did I pay?
Plan and settings shows how your plan is billed. A Homebell subscription covers your whole family on every device, wherever you bought it, so you only need one.
•
On gethomebell.com: billed by Stripe. Manage it with Manage billing in Plan and settings on the website.
•
In the iPhone or iPad app: billed by Apple to your Apple ID.
•
In the Android app: billed by Google Play to your Google account.
Subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app
•
Cancel or change your plan: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Homebell. You can also do it in the App Store app: tap your picture, then Subscriptions.
•
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Homebell until the end of the period you paid for.
•
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not Homebell. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
•
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same email, then tap Restore purchases in Plan and settings.
Subscribed in the Android app
•
Cancel or change your plan: open the Google Play Store app, tap your picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Homebell.
•
You keep Homebell until the end of the period you paid for.
•
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Request one in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, or at play.google.com.
•
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same email, then tap Restore purchases in Plan and settings.

•
Change your card, see receipts or cancel: Plan and settings, then Manage billing.
•
Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months instead of cancelling: Plan and settings, then Pause plan.
•
Refunds for website payments: email hello@gethomebell.com.
Deleting your account
Plan and settings, then Delete account. Delete now, or, with paid time left, when your plan ends (you can choose Keep my account until then). If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel there too, since deleting your Homebell account can’t stop an App Store or Google Play subscription.
